We strive to impact the planet and people’s lives through sustainable agriculture and shared knowledge to offer new opportunities

-
Sustainable Agriculture
We see sustainable agriculture as making the best use of natural resources and services, and by providing a fair economic return across the value chain, from the inclusion of small-scale farmers through to the processor and the retailer.
-
Sharing Knowledge
It is our responsibility to use the knowledge already available about sustainable farming, to develop and test new concepts and to then share this knowledge to enable a greater impact on the whole industry
-
Increasing Opportunities
We have developed a macadamia outgrowers scheme, the first in Tanzania, to help reduce poverty, reduce inequalities and to give access to new opportunities and education.
Our macadamia outgrower scheme in Mwanga supports a number of families and communities with the supply of over 6,000 seedlings

Our Organic Program - production with the least cost to nature; we farm WITH nature, not against it.
- We use organic pesticides and natural manure and composts
- We devise irrigation systems that are conservative on water use
- We leave organic and natural vegetation in place, to attract bees and natural predators
- A sucessful vermiculture scheme
- Growing of Tafrozia and other plants in our nursery
- Suppying our crops with beneficial microbes
- Education of why this is important is at the base of all that we do.
