With the highest standards of direct sourcing and technology, we control the quality of our products from our farms to our customers

Our Farms

We are developing over 350Ha of our own farms in Kilimanjaro region, Tanzania, Here we grow mainly macadamia nuts, but also Arabica coffee and bananas for the local market.

We are in the process of becoming organically certified, using regenerative agriculture techniques.

Our processes from sourcing to our customers are supported by an in-house traceability system.

Using technology to control quality

Pamoja has its own traceability system that was developed in 2014. This system tracks the nuts from their purchase (farmer registration, purchase, immediate payment, etc.), through the logistics, the processing and up to the packaging of the nuts into boxes.

Through our system, our smallholder farmers have access to customized information about macadamia as well as direct contact and liaison with our team of agronomists and extension officers.
